EVRI Parcel Shop at Sweets 'n' Things

We have been an EVRI / HERMES Parcel shop since March 2022

We have a instore printer - this is a self service machine

• To print a return label you will require a QR Barcode to use this service
• You can create a label from scratch and pay in store using the machine, send anywhere in the UK up to the restrictions of EVRI
• Package-less returns - if your item Amazon, and is small we may be able to provide a small envelope for your item - this is still a self serve service we may offer support if you are unaware of how this works, we will point you in the correct direction.

We have daily collections before we close from the EVRI couriers

We offer in store parcel collection if you have had a store delivery

Please ask staff in store at the tills for more details.

Please do not jump the queue system and follow the one way system in store
